I had a requirement to trace an old tenant who had left my property owing a substantial debt and had also stolen some property. Pegasus Investigations asked me to provide any personal details I had and the tenant and from this they were able to trace said tenant and allow me to commence legal proceedings. The service was swift with minimum fuss i.e. I had a new contact address within 2 weeks as well as confirmation that the debtor was not just using a forwarding address, but was indeed living there. I have now been able to enforce payment on the debtor through the courts.
