More and more these days we are asked to provide evidence of a wife, husband or partners movements and we can carry this out by making enquiries with neighbours, enquiries with work colleagues or by surveillance.

The evidence we obtain if successful would be of an association or adultery, some client's however, only require peace of mind, that being, they want to know where their spouse or partner is and what they are doing and with whom. On occasions we have carried out such enquires and absolutely nothing had been going on that would have possibly ended the relationship of the client and their partner.

Where evidence is required in a lawful marriage of adultery we can carry this out by either making a direct call on the Defender and their Partner/Paramour and by asking direct questions we can obtain evidence of adultery and thus obtaining the correct admissions for the Pursuer to proceed with a divorce.

Alternatively we can attempt to obtain evidence by way of surveillance, however, it should be noted that sufficient information of the defenders residence or that of the alleged paramours is requested to enable a positive report to be obtained.
